Swains Meadow is Home Farm's exclusive development of new holiday homes for you to enjoy throughout the year.

We normally have a range of models available to view on the park but should you have a preference we can supply any make of caravan of your choice. We can also take touring caravans as part exchange. Please click on the 'View caravans' button for further details.

We can take care of everything on your behalf from maintaining your caravan to draining it down over the closed season. Being so centrally situated Home Farm is ideal to get away for those weekend breaks or long summer holidays.
